Sedona Canada Principles Published

The Sedona Canada Principles Addressing Electronic Discovery are now finalized and have been published. They can be found them on The Sedona Conference web site at http://www.thesedonaconference.org and on the E-Discovery Canada web site, hosted by LexUM, at http://www.lexum.umontreal.ca/e-discovery.

At this point, the Principles are only available in English. We hope to have the French language edition posted in mid to late February.

The first public version of the Principles are consistent with the 2007 US Principles, but have been adapted for use in Canadian jurisdictions.
