Sedona Conference Announces Working Group 7 - Sedona Canada

The well-known U.S. think tank responsible for THE SEDONA PRINCIPLES: Best Practices Recommendations & Principles for Addressing Electronic Document Production and other important resources, has created Working Group 7 - Sedona Canada. Among the inaugural meeting sponsors is Commonwealth Legal. The mission of the new Working Group is as follows: "To create forward looking Principles and Best Practices recommendations for lawyers, courts, businesses and others who regularly confront e-discovery issues in Canada. The Group will follow these Principles and Recommendations with examples and discussion to assist lawyers, courts and others involved to apply them to particular facts and situations they may encounter. Membership in the Group is limited to Canadians."
